Cancellation Policy
If you have made an error processing your order, please contact our customer service department who will be more than happy to assist.
If an order is needed to be cancelled.
Any orders that are to be cancelled will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee if it is not done within 48hours of the order being placed. Refunds of cancellations will be processed within 14-21 days of notification.
Returns Policy
If your order has been made to special or individual requirements, ie: cutting to size or fabricated to your specifications Stair Spindles Direct can not accept these returns. However, we will work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase and if an honest mistake has been made we will endeavour to correct this with the minimum amount of hassle.
Any orders were quantity is quoted to comply with building regulations is approximated and is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure these are suited to fit to the customers areas of use.
If over orders are made and are 1.natural 2. standard length; these can be returned subject to a 25% handling fee and customers are liable to pay the courier costs.
If over orders are made and are either bespoke sizes or have been powder coated in their choice of colour. These can not be returned as these have been bespoke manufactured to your specifications.
